Best Banh-Mi in QLDRoast pork belly is their signature and best but there is not a bad thing on this menu. Bill will tell you how he makes the mayo, pate and most things himself and it shows. Pork balls and steamed dim sims a must add on too. Worth the drive and quite cheap for the quality.

Loved this Vietnamese joint - best banh mi in Brisbane!First time visiting this cute Vietnamese cafe and can I just say... The best banh mi I've had in Brisbane thus far! **Tofu banh mi with fried egg added**: Packed with so much flavor, the bun was soft and crispy. I'd give it a 9/10. **Pork chop banh mi**: Accidentally ordered the pork chop banh mi (wanted the crispy pork but got confused with the pictures) but it was mind-blowingly good! 8.5/10. **Iced coffee**: A bit sweet for my personal taste but the flavor was really . **Iced tea**: Was good but didn't have the same taste as the ones I tried in Vietnam. I'd give it a 5/10.The service here was impeccable. The staff were so lovely and accommodated all our requests on chili, pâté, and adding extras.

Mr Bills is the best Vietnamese in Brisbane. The food is tasty, the staff are so friendly and welcoming, the prices are great. There’s nothing not to like here. I always grab a tofu banh mi when I’m here, and they cater for Vegans as well if you need. Thumbs up from me!

From the moment you step inside Mr Bill’s you are immediately transported back in time to a simpler way of living in Vietnam. This place oozes charm and originality. The tofu Bahn mi is the best I have tasted in Brisbane paired with incredible service! I dined in alone and really savoured the experience. Mr Bill you sure know what you’re doing! Best Bahn Mi we have had. Both the crispy pork and the tofu ones were incredible, jam packed with filling and absolutely delicious. Serving of spring rolls was large and tasty. Will be visiting again!!

Quickly devoured a Three Little Piggies Banh Mi - the most delicious Banh Mi I have ever had and under 10. Absolutely loved the traditional type dining in. Can't wait to visit Brisbane again and pop in.Pork spring rolls are also very yummy

Tried the Crispy Pork Banh Mi roll after word of mouth recommendation and was not disappointed sensational taste bud journey, had the spring rolls and rice paper rolls also and suitably impressed ... only 10mins from my place so definitely coming back Thanks Mr Bill Came back and tried the Crispy Chicken Banh Mi roll and was another taste sensation. Huge pieces of crispy skin chicken with fresh chopped salad ingredients and chilli really hit the spot !
